Rotary thanks Speaker - Sierra Conservation Project

Brian Robinette of the Sierra Conservation Project provided an overview of recycling opportunities in the Bishop area, and an update on some new laws that may affect local businesses at the March 21 meeting.  The new laws impose recycling requirements on some businesses that have not had to recycle to this point.   The Club was pleased to learn that the Sierra Conservation Project does not count empties (wine bottles, beer bottles, etc.) when picking up recyclables from homes, and that recycler's anonymity is maintained (ha ha).
