Thank you to speaker Vicki Simpson with Inyo County Probation Department

Vicki Simpson of the Inyo County Probation Department provided information on the Every 15 Minutes Program, which is a  production put on by local agencies that targets teen drivers and the ramifications of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.  The club watched the moving and very sobering video produced with the help of local students. According to the Inyo County Coroner, Leon Brune, this program has drastically reduced fatal accidents in Inyo County.
