Girl Scout Help

As y'all know, Bishop Sunrise recently donated $300 for the Girl Scouts fundraiser to help save the Girl Scout hall.  This past Saturday, the Girl Scouts hosted a fun run at Laws, and our Club provided much-needed hands on help! Karen served as the timer for the event, while Yvonne assisted with "traffic control", and Dee and son Aaron manned the aid station at the far end of the 10K.  Tom bravely plodded along, winning the "fat old guy" division of the 10K (that's not true--he might be old and fat, but there was no division for old fat guys).  Each year the Girl Scounts need to raise $4000 to keep the Scout Hall functioning, and it is great to do our part.
