What is the Inyo Belly Project?
The Inyo Belly Project is a personal food adventure began in the fall of 2011. Based in Inyo County, Chris Keith is exploring the various types of food productions, markets and dining establishments that can be found in the region while traveling to and fro on his duel sport motorcycle.
It all started with a simple question: What happens to the cattle in the area?
